We have had an exciting new delivery on site! The new GENIE® GS range of Micro scissor lifts, which are available now!

These compact and lightweight scissor lifts boast a zero-degree inside turning radius, making them highly manoeuvrable in tight spaces. Despite their small footprint, the platforms are designed to accommodate two people working comfortably.

Powered by the efficient and maintenance-free AC electric drive motors found in Genie’s E-Drive scissors, these micro scissors offer a 35% reduction in lifetime maintenance costs compared to traditional hydraulic systems. With E-Drive, they are four times more efficient, run 30% longer on a single charge, operate more quietly, and have a faster charging time. Additionally, E-Drive reduces hydraulic hoses and fittings by 70%.

Genie’s field tests reveal that 95% of operators using an 8m scissor lift typically stay below 7m. The GS-1432M, weighing around 900kg, has a working height of 6.30m and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The GS-1932M, weighing approximately 1179kg, offers a working height of 7.55m internally and 7.18m externally. Both models, with a 227kg lift capacity, feature a 0.60m extension deck for enhanced outreach.
